Greetings Band Parents,
The Band Auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year and the band needs your help to make it a success! Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help cover all the expenses of the Bands throughout the year.

1. Help us get donations. If you or anyone you know…
- Has a business that may be willing to donate a service…
- Owns a timeshare or vacation property who would be willing to donate a week or weekend…
- Is an artist or craftsman with a piece or pieces they may be willing to donate…
- Is a handyman, hairdresser, baker, or other service provider willing to donate time or a service…
- Are capable and willing to host a fun or formal event or party for a limited number of people. These “Happenings” are ones that you decide the what, when, and where, how many can attend, and the price per person – be creative! Below are some ideas to get those juices flowing but it is all up to you.
- Cooking Bake off
- Broncos and BBQ
- Biking, burritos and Brews
- 80’s – coming back – karaoke
- Fiesta night
- Derby party
- Wine tasting
- Pets, coffee and exercise
- Yoga day in the park
- Movie night
- Parent night out
- Cards – game night for adults or kids or both
- Bocce contest with prizes
Ask anyone and everyone to donate to the auction!
No donation is too big or too small!

Donations are tax deductible and the donor gets to specify the value for their item(s).

Donations will need to be delivered to 11092 E Fair Circle, Englewood, or picked up on/by September 14. To schedule an item to be picked up please call Kimarie at 303-907-9577.
2. Attend and participate in the auction on September 28 starting at 6pm, in the Fine Arts Theatre Lobby.
If you are unable to attend the auction, you can still participate online. Go to biddingowl.com and register to bid for 2021 Cherry Creek High School Band Parent Association Auction. Thank you for your help in making this years Band Auction a success and supporting the Cherry Creek High School Band programs.
