CCHS MB Awards Night—Fine Arts Auditorium Sat. 1/21/23 @ 4pm
Band members and families are invited to the Annual Marching Band Awards Night in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
CCHS BPA Board Election—Candidates Wanted
The CCHS Band Parents Associate (BPA) is the booster for ALL bands at Creek, not just the Marching Band. The BPA invites band parents with a student in any Creek band to participate as volunteers, boosters, and board members. BPA-sponsored events include the back-to-school-night dinner fundraiser, the silent auction, and the restaurant nights that raise money to support all bands.
ALL band parents are active members of the Band Parent Association, and you will be voting for the new BPA Board soon. The ballot will have both incumbent candidates and new candidates. Therefore, you can join the Board for the 2023/2024 school year!
With three retiring Board Members, we are looking for board members who are organized leaders, can attend monthly (sometimes bi-weekly) meetings, participate as board liaisons to a few committees, and cast their votes on important board decisions. In addition, board members spend between 1-3 hours per week on their designated duties.
If you might be interested in being a Board Member, please get in touch with Lisa Kelley by February 1st to discuss further or have your name added to the ballot.

Marching Band —Pit Truck Fundraiser Thank You!
Many thanks to everyone who donated to replacing the Pit Truck. This amazing community contributed $9,276 towards this goal. The CheddarUp is still open for donations as the BPA continues to work towards replacing the truck.
The pit truck is used for every practice to shuttle instruments to GV Park and back to school. Plus, it is “instrumental” in transporting the pit equipment to competitions.
