THANK YOU to the following families that have so graciously donated their student account credit balance back to the BPA during this band year, May 2022 –April 2023 to help fund Marching Band Scholarships:

Students with credit balances as of March 31, 2023 (from Butterbraid/Coffee sales & Designating CCHS BPA as charity for Kroger/King Soopers cards) will receive a statement later this month indicating the credit on the student account that can be applied to the 2023-2024 Marching Band Fees. Should you wish to return that credit to help support the Scholarship fund, please reply to the email indicating you would prefer to donate your credit balance. In return, you will receive a Donation Receipt for tax year 2023 from the CCHS BPA 501c3 Charitable Organization.
*Please note – credit balances may be deducted from final band fee payments due during the August Band Camp. However, they cannot be deducted from the Marching Band Deposit due in May to secure the student’s enrollment.
THANK YOU to the following families that gave and supported the CCHS BPA Band Truck Fundraiser, raising $9300!
These monies are classified as restricted funds and will be combined with additional fundraisers this fall to buy the much-needed new Band Truck.
