Dear Marching Band Families,
Tomorrow we kick off our biggest fundraiser of the year, the eTeamSponsor campaign. Each student is asked to submit 10 emails of friends and family into the eTeamSponsor platform. eTeamSponsor will send out emails on the student’s behalf asking the friends and family to make a tax-deductible donation to the Marching Band program. When a donation is submitted, eTeam sends a thank you note on behalf of the student and acknowledges the tax-deductible donation. We have asked the students to come to practice tomorrow prepared with their 10 emails.
For the students that participate, the total band fee for the season will be $575. For students choosing not to participate in the eTeamSponsor campaign, the total band fee will be $775. Note that all funds raised through the campaign go to the Marching Band general fund and not into individual student accounts. If your student chooses not to participate please let Mrs. Vaughn know before the kickoff tomorrow afternoon. We will collect the fees at our spirit night event next Friday, August 12th.
