Questions about your student’s account and band fees, please contact BPA Treasurer Natalie Dubé at CCHSBPATreasurer2022@gmail.com.
Spirit Wear Store
Spirit Wear samples will be available to view at Spirit Night. Parents will have the opportunity to go online and order additional marching band apparel. It is suggested that they order a second or backup short sleeve t-shirt for their student(s) since they must wear this underneath their uniform. The band fees only cover one short sleeve t-shirt, which will be in the Spirit Bags. The Online Marching Band Spirit Wear Store is open from August 10th through August 17th and the link to order additional apparel is https://chaganpromos.com/shop/.

Competition Food Committee
Hello from the Competition Food Committee!
We are a small section of the village that keeps the band marching. Basically, our job is to feed the kids, directors, and support staff a hot meal between showtimes on competition day. We also provide snacks and water for bus rides.
We have 5 competitions, so at least 5 hot meals will be provided. We divide it between the sections, and sign-ups will be sent out a week before. We strive to have vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and pork-free options for each meal. Please contact me directly if your child has any dietary concerns.
We do not ask the color guard or pit to contribute to a meal as they have more responsibilities on competition days. Instead, we ask that they help us with our supply of water bottles or donate $10 for us to purchase water.
We ask that sometime before the 17th of August, everyone brings a box of snacks (no nuts, please). These snacks go into bins on the busses for the kids to grab from. Popcorn, chips, fruit snacks, and cookies are all appreciated. There will be a bin by the band room that will be for the collection of your contributions.
I will be available at spirit night or by email if there are any questions that you may have.
Thanks for making this village as strong and supportive as our kids need.
