Homecoming Football Game v. Arvada West—Pre-Game & Half-time Performances
Call time for Friday will be 6:15 pm.
The students will need to plan accordingly for dinner, as it is not provided for Football Games.
We suggest everyone buys their tickets for the football game online at the link below, as only one ticket booth will be taking cash this year. Purchasing tickets online will be a time saver as lines will be long.

Homecoming 9/16/22—Parent Photos with Their Seniors
Parents & seniors will meet at 5:15 p.m. (which is 1 hour before call time) for the Homecoming Game to take photos together. Photos are usually taken outside the band room door on the south side of the building.
Parent Volunteer Opportunities—Arvada West Football Game
For the 9/16/2022 Homecoming Game, we need parent volunteers for four tasks

Chick-Fil-A Auction Dinner at Auction & Conert—Pre-Purchase Tickets

CCHS Band Parents Association is providing a Chick-Fil-A meal Fundraiser for Concert/Auction Attendees on September 20th, in the Fine Arts Building Hallway between 5:00 and 7:00pm. Profits from the sale benefit ALL of the CCHS Bands.
*Our Color Guard team will be serving two Chick-Fil-A meal options – $10 each meal**
- Chicken Sandwich, Chips & drink (bottled water, coke or sprite)
- Chicken nuggets, Chips & drink (bottled water, coke or sprite)
The number of meals that can be provided is LIMITED and, therefore, we encourage everyone to pre-purchase their meals here BEFORE Friday, September 16th. IF there are extra meals, we will sell them for $12 on-site after 6pm. Cash and checks will be accepted for meals.
**Prepaid meals must be picked up by 6:30pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit or refund late pick-up orders. *Please – no meals in the auditorium There are areas on the West and East side of the fine Arts building available for outdoor eating.
Band Auction —Invite Friends & Family to Bid in Person or Online and DONATE
Tell your friends, family, neighbors, and anyone who enjoys auctions, great music, and an opportunity to help support music in schools to plan to come for a fun night at CCHS.
Donations: There is still time to donate your unique item. No item is too small! All donations are tax-deductible.
Wondering what to donate?
How about donating a “Happening.’ Happenings are parties that you create to support the band. You decide on a theme, activity, location, and cost. Attendees purchase “tickets” to the happening at the auction. After the auction, you host the party and have a great time.
Or just donate a bottle of wine for the wine grab.
But we also accept artwork, gift cards, sports memorabilia, etc. The ideas are endless. Remember, all donations are tax-deductible, and funds raised go to support ALL of the Cherry Creek Bands.

Spirit Wear —Monday Delivery & Bag Tag/Flag Information
Spirit Wear was sorted on Sunday and brought to the band room on Monday afternoon for your oldest Marching Band student to pick up. Please note that bag tags and car flags have been delayed and should be available in early October. Also, be on the lookout for a confirmation email in the next couple weeks to approve the text on the bag tag.
