Pep Band for Football Playoff Game Saturday 11/1p
Game @ 1 pm, Call @ 12:30 pm for all band members available to attend.
Be sure to wear warm clothes. We will not be changing into uniforms.

Last Parade of Lights/Hollywood Christmas Parade Rehearsal —Monday 11/21, 4:00-5:30 pm
Students will need to bring home their uniforms and instruments after practice.
2022-2023 Winter Guard Deposit—due 10/10/2021
$150 – Deposit Due December 10th. Use WinterGuardCheddarUp to pay by Credit card or Check.

2022-2023 Percussion Ensemble
The Percussion Ensemble starts this week! There are a couple open spots currently. If your student is interested in joining the Percussion Ensemble, please contact Mike Nevin, CCHS Percussion Director at Mike@Nevinpercussion.com.
Parade of Lights—Volunteers & Santa Hat Needed
Parents -please remember to buy your student a Red Santa Hat before December 1, 2022. Both Color Guard and Instrumentalists all need Santa Hats. Please, no color variations, just standard red hat with white trim.
PARENTS – SAVE the DATEs/TIMEs
Getting 115 Students’ Uniforms, Santa Hats, and some instruments (Drumline and Tubas) covered in blinky, color-synched lights will require lots of Volunteer Help. We will send out the Volunteer Sign-up Genius this weekend for time slots 1) December 3rd morning (25+/- Parent volunteers needed), 2) Friday, Dec 2nd, to help prep/organize lights – time tbd, and 3) December 3rd at the Parade Staging area – details tbd.
