Hello Future and Present Marching Band Parents,
I am extremely excited for this next Marching Band season! We have such a great program and band students here at Cherry Creek High School! Did you know that it takes 26 committees to facilitate this kind of success? Every year, with graduating Seniors, we lose experienced volunteers and rely on incoming Freshmen/Sophomore parents stepping into the program and finding their volunteer spot.
This is a short list of some of the committees that we really need more help with and are looking for parents who would be willing to chair this year or shadow a chair in preparation for the next year:
Back to school night, Baking, Awards Night, Butter Braids, Water, Food, Buttons, Directory, Photography, Pit Crew, Prop Crew, Plumes, Spirit Night, Uniforms, Restaurant Nights, Parade of Lights, and the Auction.
If you have no experience or any experience on a PTCO or hosting/ helping with events; if you like to organize, cook, clean, build, drive, or manage groups; if you have a truck, tent, communications, tech skills, or just want to help where needed; WE NEED YOU!
Please click on the link to our volunteer form and let us know where you interests or skills are and we will connect with you to get you plugged in!

Current BPA board members will be in the Fine Arts Lobby before & after the March 23rd Band Concert to answer questions as well.
I am so looking forward to meeting and serving our students with you this season.
GO CREEK! GO BAND!
