Hello Band Families,
Here is what’s inside this week’s update:

2023 Registration and Deposit — Due Friday, May 26th, 2023
All instrumentalists and Color Guard need to register on the noted Marching Band Google Form link by May 26th: 2023 CCHS Marching Band Registration and Commitment Contract
The Google Registration form has three sections. The Student needs to fill out the first section. The Parent/Legal Guardian is required to fill out the second & third parts of the registration form with a digital signature affirming the terms.
MARCHING BAND DEPOSIT: The CCHS Band Parents Association contracts with Cheddar Up for All payments and credit card processing. Credit Cards & Electronic Checks are accepted. Submitting Electronic Checks are NO CHARGE to the payer. The $100 Marching Band Deposit is due by May 26th through the following link. https://cchs-2023-2024-marching-band-deposit.cheddarup.com We prefer not to accept personal checks.
*Please note – Students with prior year Student Account Credits may not deduct the credit from the deposit Payment.
MARCHING BAND PAYMENT: The remainder of the 2023-2024 Marching Band fee of $775, less $100 deposit and less any student account credits is due in full before the end of Band Camp, August 10th. Students may elect to participate in the E-Team Sponsorship, which decreases the students Band fee by $200. Parent/Legal Guardian must approve participation. Students will receive the information during Band Camp, with the information being emailed to parents.
Website Hosting Issue and Google Calendar – Calendar is up to date for 2023!
**NEW**: Our website is experiencing intermittent access due to hosting issues. Please be patient while we work on a solution and look to email and Schoology for information about Marching Band.
Also, please consider signing up for our CCHS BPA Google Calendar. The Directors and the Board keep this calendar up-to-date with all important dates – and the Google calendar is up to date for the 2023 events. Additionally, we keep relevant documents (e.g. maps, ticket information) as attachments to the events. The calendar is linked from the webpage and you can also find it here.

Marching Band July Camp – Tuesday, July 11th
July 11th marching band camp will be held at CCHS from 9 am until 4 pm.
