How does it work?

See an event you would like to attend?  Sign up at the happenings table at the auction. You can sign up for as many slots as you would like, but sign up early as they are first come, first served.  Pay either on the spot for your slot or pay at regular check out time.  Receive a ticket which also serves as your receipt. Your host will remind you of the event closer to the date.  Go to the event, have fun and enjoy!  Please note:  you do not have to retain your ticket to go to the event, simply by placing your name on the list and paying for the slot assures that you are invited to the event!

Join The Roark family for a relaxed-pace ride on local trails on Sunday, October 21st at 2:00pm. Bring your bicycle, helmet, and water bottle. We will tour the Willow Creek and Highline Canal trails. Total distance will be around 20 miles. Trails are mostly paved with some gravel. We’ll avoid busy roads, but may use some residential roads. The exact route can be adjusted to fit our group. After the ride, enjoy brews and burritos at their home. Space limited to first 15 participants to sign up.


Enjoy the evening by getting to know other band member’s parents and indulge the fine selection of wines and hors d’oeuvre sponsored by ONEHOPE Winery and the Hoerger family. The event will be on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Purchase the wine for your Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner! Or as a gift! Additionally, 10% from sales will go to Band Program! Space limited to first 14 participants to sign up.


Come join The Eber Family for a Hot Chocolate Party with huge variety of desserts and various hot chocolate toppings available. The Marching Band performs at the Parade of Lights on either on Friday, November 30, 2018 or Saturday, December 1, 2018. The party will be held at the beautiful Historical Evans School building  (approx. 1 block south of civic center). Don’t miss the FUN!


Join The Eber, The Hoerger, The Miramontes and The Molberg Families on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 6:30 pm for a delicious Mexican food and enjoy the Molberg’s signature margarita! Bring your family and friends, enjoy the evening for a good cause!


Lets get SPOOKY! Join us at 5pm Sunday, October 28th at Connelly Manor for some ghoulishly good grub. Then be transported in the dark of night to World Famous 13th Floor Haunted House. Those who survive will return to Connelly Manor to Tell the Tale. Guaranteed to be a Wicked good Time! Space limited to first 10 participants to sign up.


Hosted by the Kravetz Family, the Harper Family and the Dexter Family. Join your fellow band members for a Pizza Party at the Kravetz’s house and then on to an exciting game at Clue Room! You and your friends are “trapped” in a unfamiliar room. With only 60 minutes to escape, you will need to work together to solve various puzzles, mysteries, & clues to complete your mission. It’s all about having fun, thinking creatively, & teamwork! The event will be Saturday, December 8, from 12-3. Space limited to first 30 participants to sign up.


What’s a fun event that starts with a G? It’s Game Night! Join the Cussen family for a super cool and fun Family Game Night. Space is limited to the first 10 participants.
