Hello Band Families,
How exciting was the performance given by the Marching Band this weekend at the Big Cat Invitational. The show just keeps evolving and we are loving seeing our kids shine. Can’t wait for this Tuesday.
Don’t forget you have an opportunity to help the band in a fundraising event and that participation will give you a chance to enter a drawing to win a $100 King Sooper gift card.

Monday Oct 14th :
- Band Practice: 1 pm – 4 pm at Stutler Bowl.
- Band 101 for PARENTS: 5:30 – 6:30 pm in the Fine Arts Theater. Get an insight into the thought process of the judges and learn how a competition performance is scored!
Tuesday Oct 15th :
Denver Metro 5A Regional Marching Band Qualifying Festival
SCHEDULE:
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Practice at Stutler
4:00 pm – 5:30 pm Eat Dinner (Provided)
5:30 pm Inspection
5:45 pm Depart for Littleton High School Stadium
6:15 pm Arrive and unload
6:45 pm – 7:15 pm Body Warm-up
7:15 pm – 7:45 pm Music Warm-up
8:00 pm Performance Time
8:30 pm – 9:15 pm Watch remaining bands perform
9:20 pm Awards Ceremony
- All always students will travel together as a team to and from the competition in coaches.
- Students can bring food and/or money for concessions if you want snacks after the performance.
- CCHSBPA will provide dinner to the band – which will be eaten before the band leaves for the competition.
- Parents should pick students up at CCHS Fine Arts at TBA – approx 10:30 pm

TICKETS & CONCESSIONS
General Admission tickets for this event are: $12 for Adults, $7 for Senior Citizens, Military and Students with ID (ages 6 – 18), Children under 5 are Free. Ticket sales are CASH only.
Concession stand is CASH only
SPECTATOR PARKING
will be in the Main Stadium Lot on the East side of campus and in surrounding side lots on campus. Spectator vehicles should enter the Main Stadium Lot from Littleton Blvd. traveling East from Broadway.
