Hello Band Families,
This email contains a lot of information so please be patient as you work your way through it …
What a fun weekend with the CCHS Homecoming Football game where we celebrated our Seniors and cheered on Max, James, Ramsey & Matt who were voted into the Homecoming Court! Then Saturday at the Homecoming Dance our very own Matt Weiner was crowned the Homecoming King, James Dwyer & Max Eggleston also won the Junior and Freshman class crowns respectively. Congratulations to each of you! GO BAND!!
We are again asking for help with participation in a fund raising event and that participation will give you a chance to enter a drawing to win a $100 King Sooper gift card.
Please open and read the attachment for details and enter to help the band as well as to be included in the $100 drawing. It is simple to sign up and once you enter, you’re done, except your weekly shopping will continue to help raise money for the marching band. Contact Kathy Benson at kbpetvet@earthlink.net if you have further questions.
Opening Day for Butter Braid Fundraiser is this THURSDAY!
The Butter Braid Fundraiser starts this Thursday, September 26th! Student will have the opportunity to taste samples when they pick up an order form after band practice today.
The funds that are raised through the sale of Butter Braids, Yumbana GF Cookie Dough & Coda Coffee go directly into your student’s account, so it is a great way to build up that balance! When selling remember these make a great and easy breakfast for all of the holidays November through New Year’s and easy breakfast and treats for ski weekends.
Here are Butter Braid dates to remember:
- 9/26 – Students receive order forms & taste samples. They have 2 weeks to take orders and collect payments
- 10/9 – Orders and money due after practice
- 10/23 – 6:30 pm after practice–Butter Braids, Yumbana GF Cookie Dough & Coda Coffee will be ready for pick up.
