State Semifinals and Finals Schedule and Information

  • 8:30am-10:30am Practice at Stutler
  • 11:20am Inspection
  • 11:30am Depart for Falcon Field, USAFA
  • 12:45pm Arrive and unload
  • 1:50pm Percussion Warm-up
  • 2:10pm Band Body Warm-up
  • 2:45pm Music Warm-up
  • :30pm Semifinals Performance Time
  • 4:00pm Semifinals Awards Ceremony
  • 5:00pm Eat Dinner (Provided)
  • 5:50pm First Finals warm-up time begins
  • 7:30pm Finals performances begin
  • 9:30pm Full Band Retreat and Awards Ceremony
  • 10:30pm Depart for CCHS

Bring food and/or money for concessions if you want snacks after the performance.

Parents should pick students up at CCHS Fine Arts at approximately 11:45pm.

NOTE TO PARENTS: See website (cbamarching.com) for details concerning parking, admission prices, etc. The performance schedules for Finals will updated on the CBA website upon the completion of Semifinals.

Parent Volunteers Needed

This section is still a work in-progress as we prepare for Saturday.  Please check http://cchsbpa.org/volunteer/ for updated links to SignUpGeniuses during the week.  I will also try to post updates to the Facebook and Twitter pages.

Food Committee

The Food Committee would like to just thank EVERY SINGLE PERSON!  We will feed kiddos twice at state.  The clarinets will be up to be the section responsible for one meal. Sign up genius is posted below.  Call me if there are any questions 773-627-4584!

Baking Committee

The baking committee will be providing dessert for the student’s dinner and possibly for lunch as well.  I will post the SignUpGenius ASAP at http://cchsbpa.org/volunteer/.

Pit & Props Team

Pit & Props—we will need 2 sets of ~15 parents for each performance on Saturday. So if you signed up to help on Friday, please consider signing up for the first shift on Saturday (the early shift will be added to Pit & Prop SignUpGenius ASAP).

Plume Team

We will need 2 set of 2 parents for each performance on Saturday.  Looks like we have both shifts currently covered.  Thanks!
