- 6:30am Depart for USAFA Falcon Field
- 7:30am Arrive and unload
- 8:05am Warm ups begin
- 9:45am Performance time
- 11:45am Awards ceremony
- 12:15pm Lunch provided by BPA
- 1:30pm Watch 4A Bands Perform
- 3:35pm 1st possible warm up time for Finals
- 5:15pm Finals performances begin
- 6:00ish Dinner—provided by BPA
- 7:30pm Watch 4A Finals performances
- 9:30pm Full Retreat and awards ceremony
- 10:00pm Return to Creek
Parents should pick up students at 11:45pm at CCHS

Falcon Stadium Entrance Policy
Food is permitted, but must be displayed in a transparent 1-gallon zip lock bag.
Note: Only (1) one-gallon transparent zip lock bag per ticket holder.
Factory-sealed transparent soft plastic water bottles, 24 oz. or less is the only beverage permitted.
Note: Exceptions will be made for medical conditions and infants.
