Treasurer Patti Rojec has “turned on the Charm” for the start our new season. All families can now access their personal accounts on the Charms Office website or app. For the new students, everyone who signed up at Information Night got instructions and a Charms account number that evening. If you don’t have a number or need assistance logging in, please email Patti.
We use Charms to manage student account finances, email lists, and directory information.
We are asking EVERY PARENT to please log into Charms ASAP and confirm that the information is correct. We would like the parent contact information, not just the student information. Please make the corrections in Charms yourself, or contact Patti to make corrections. This summer, we will be using this information to make the band directory, so please ensure that your contact information is correct by mid-June.
